Who we are

Grepfox ("we", "us") provides AI, automation, web and maintenance services for businesses. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a service agreement — that is governed by the data processing terms of each engagement.

What we collect

  • Contact details you send us — name, email, company and anything you include in a message or scoping call request
  • Basic usage data — pages visited, referrer and approximate region, collected through privacy-respecting analytics
  • Technical data required to serve the site — IP address, browser type, device class

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply
