Operator and scope

This website is operated by Roman Guertsvolf, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, under the business name Grepfox. References to “we” and “us” mean Roman Guertsvolf trading as Grepfox. These terms apply to use of the website.

Services and agreements

Grepfox offers technical partnership services for marketing teams and agencies, including AI, automation, integrations, marketing web platforms, reporting, support and training. The website provides information about these services.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not by itself create a contract for project services. Scope, fees, deliverables, timing, intellectual property, data handling and any support commitments are agreed separately in writing.

Articles and project notes

Articles provide general information and illustrative examples. Project notes describe personal tools, research or work in development where stated. The founder’s experience before Grepfox is identified separately from work undertaken under the Grepfox name.

A project description does not guarantee a particular result for your business. Any service level, response time or delivery commitment must be included in the agreement for your work. Assess the suitability of information on this site for your circumstances before acting on it.

Content and intellectual property

You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Rights in site materials remain with their respective owners, subject to applicable licences and law. Third-party materials and linked sources retain their own terms.

Permission is required to reproduce or republish site materials where that use is not already permitted by law or the relevant licence. Do not present our content, name or branding as your own or imply an affiliation that has not been agreed. Some editorial illustrations are generated with AI and are not photographs of client projects.

Acceptable use
